Palantir is a leading software platform provider that helps companies and institutions connect distributed data to decision-making and action. It supplies software to a range of industries, including security, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare.
Under the agreement, POSCO Future M plans to first apply the platforms in sales and marketing to enhance customer engagement and collaboration. After validating the results of its AI initiatives, the company will consider gradually expanding the scope of Foundry and AIP to accelerate AI-based manufacturing innovation and, ultimately, company-wide transformation.
POSCO Future M expects Palantir's solutions to enable it to integrate and analyze distributed data and make decisions more quickly. The company also expects to accelerate the development of an "AI-native" system in which AI is used throughout the process, from work planning to execution, while people make judgments and decisions at the final stage.
