The company is also expanding collaboration with partners in the aircraft engine sector. The government recently designated the Changwon National Industrial Complex as a specialized complex for the national strategic industry of advanced aircraft engines. Hanwha Aerospace is pursuing cooperation with 421 materials and components suppliers in the Gyeongsangnam-do region in the fields of aircraft engines, unmanned aerial vehicles and drones. Since signing a declaration of win-win cooperation in February, it has concluded agreements covering aircraft engine materials and components, as well as machining.
