CJ Logistics Delivery Box Ads Surpass 15 Million Placements
Expanded from public-interest campaigns to films and entertainment
Fulfillment shipments up 37.7% in first half
Offers high reach and targeted promotion
CJ Logistics is expanding the offline advertising market by using delivery boxes shipped nationwide.
CJ Logistics announced on October 22 that the cumulative number of advertisements placed through its delivery box advertising business has surpassed 15 million.
The milestone came just over a year after the company stepped up the business, beginning with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's youth smoking prevention "No-Dam Campaign" in September 2025. CJ Logistics prints advertisements on delivery boxes shipped from its e-commerce fulfillment centers and delivers them to consumers nationwide.
Initially launched as a public-interest campaign, delivery box advertising has expanded to include commercial ads, such as entertainment content. Notable examples include the idol group ALPHA DRIVE ONE and Walt Disney Company Korea films "Avatar: Fire and Ash" and "Toy Story 5." More recently, CJ Logistics also took part in "Uriga One," a goods donation campaign with the Miral Welfare Foundation and Woori Financial Group, meeting a wider range of advertising needs.
Delivery box advertising has the advantage of high reach, as ordered products are delivered directly to consumers' doorsteps. The boxes also naturally draw their attention as they receive and open them. Beyond simply displaying a brand, the boxes can also carry event announcements and coupon information, helping encourage consumer participation.
The rapid growth of the fulfillment business is also supporting its expansion as an advertising medium. In the first half of 2026, CJ Logistics shipped approximately 56 million units through its e-commerce fulfillment business, up 37.7% from the same period a year earlier. As shipment volumes grow, so do the number of advertising placements and points of contact with consumers.
CJ Logistics operates specialized fulfillment centers for different product categories, ranging from household goods, fashion and accessories, and home appliances to fresh, refrigerated, and frozen foods. This allows it to deliver messages to customers across a range of age groups and consumer preferences. Advertisers can use the service to meet different goals, from raising broad public awareness to promoting products to specific target audiences.

A CJ Logistics representative said, "Delivery box advertising is a distinctive medium with high reach, as it is delivered directly to consumers nationwide, and captures their attention as they open their packages.
