Mirae Asset Maps Realty "Pursuing Stable Dividends"... Announces Corporate Value Enhancement Plan
Pursuing improved P/NAV and stable dividends
Mid- to long-term target of 300 won in annual dividends per share
Mirae Asset Maps Realty announced on October 21 a mid- to long-term plan to enhance its corporate and shareholder value, based on stable dividends.
On October 20, Mirae Asset Maps Realty disclosed a corporate value enhancement plan focused on improving its market valuation, ensuring sustainable dividends, optimizing its portfolio, and strengthening shareholder communications, drawing on the stable cash flows and asset value of its holdings.
The company will use its P/NAV (price-to-net-asset-value ratio) as a key performance indicator for its market valuation. P/NAV is calculated by dividing a company’s share price by its net asset value (NAV) per share. A ratio below 1 means the share price is valued below NAV. Mirae Asset Maps Realty’s P/NAV improved from about 0.5 at the end of September 2025 to about 0.6 at the end of March 2026 and about 0.7 at the end of September 2026. Over the mid to long term, the company plans to monitor changes in NAV and cash flow, aiming to reach 0.8 or a level similar to the average for comparable listed real estate investment vehicles.
The company also plans to strengthen the foundation for stable dividends. Mirae Asset Maps Realty set a target dividend of 142 won per share for the second half of 2026 and 150 won per share for the first half of 2027. The two half-year dividends total 292 won per share, equivalent to about 5.8% of the par value. Over the mid to long term, the company aims to secure annual dividends of 300 won per share, or about 6.0% of par value.
In addition, the company plans to continue improving occupancy rates and rental income at its key assets and to increase operating revenue by improving lease terms to reflect market conditions when leases expire.
The company will also strengthen communications with shareholders. Mirae Asset Maps Realty plans to provide more information through the IR section of its website on the management of key assets, NAV, dividends, and capital allocation, and to review and disclose progress on implementing its corporate value enhancement plan every year.
