View original imageDoosan E&C recently achieved a 100% sellout of “Doosan We've The Zenith Central Cheonan” in the Cheongdang-dong area of Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, winning over buyers with its distinctive brand value and competitive product offerings. It is the first complex in Cheonan to achieve full contract completion among those offered for sale in the past two years.
The complex will comprise 10 buildings, rising from two basement levels to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,202 units. All units will feature the popular 84-square-meter exclusive floor plan.
According to data from the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home, a total of 21 complexes were offered for sale in Cheonan over the past two years, from October 2024 to October 2026. “Doosan We've The Zenith Central Cheonan” is the only one of them to have completed 100% of its contracts. Analysts say its early sellout was driven by the premium image and distinctive design of the We've the Zenith brand, which made its debut in South Chungcheong Province.
Doosan E&C enhanced the complex's upscale appeal and residential value by incorporating distinctive exterior design features, including patterns that embody the brand identity, partial curtain-wall styling and glass railings.
The company also drew attention by giving customers a chance to experience the brand's value firsthand. At the model home, Doosan E&C set up the “ZENITH GALLERY,” displaying works by renowned Korean and international artists, including Nam June Paik, Lee Bae, George Condo and Takashi Murakami. Going beyond a space for sales information, the gallery was designed as a place to experience culture and the arts, conveying the distinctive residential value the brand seeks to deliver.
Thoughtful product design focused on the convenience of everyday living further strengthens the complex's appeal. The buildings are oriented primarily to the south, and most units feature a four-bay, slab-type layout. Some units also have three-sided open layouts to maximize natural light, ventilation and a sense of openness. Storage options are tailored to each unit type, including dressing rooms, multipurpose rooms and pantries, making efficient use of space.
Distinctive education and cultural services for residents are also planned. The complex is scheduled to introduce Jongro M School and a book-curation service from Kyobo Book Centre, offering specialized services in areas such as education and reading. A range of community facilities, including a fitness club, an indoor golf practice facility, study rooms and a children's cafe, is also planned. The complex also offers convenient walking access to Cheongdang Elementary School and is near the abundant everyday amenities of Cheongsu Administrative Town.
This case is seen as the result of buyers responding not just to a place to live, but also to the exclusivity and distinctive community facilities offered by a high-end brand.
