Flex Signs MOU with Microsoft Korea for 'Enterprise AI Collaboration'
Breaking Into the Large and Midsize Enterprise Market
Flex said on the 21st that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Microsoft Korea to collaborate on accelerating AI transformation (AX) among Korean companies.
Flex will work with Microsoft across three main areas: joint sales to corporate customers in Korea; integration of Flex and Microsoft products and technologies; and consideration of applying each company's solutions across the two organizations. Flex registered as a Microsoft partner last September, before signing the agreement.

In these markets, the companies will develop a joint value proposition, select target customers, and establish a sales support system. They plan to jointly offer Flex to companies that use Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Flex explained that the partnership is built on a technological combination that connects "work context" with "organizational context" to enhance Copilot. A broad range of corporate work context accumulates in Microsoft 365. Flex holds relationship data on companies, organizations, and employees, as well as talent data such as job functions, roles, goals, and capabilities. It also has technology to control each employee's access to information in real time. Flex plans to connect its relationship data with Microsoft 365 to develop a secure enterprise AI that can respond with an understanding of the questioner's job function and position, as well as their relationships and context within the organization.
