Mad for Garlic Operator Launches New Dining Brand 'Casa Pedro'
First Location Opens in Grand Seoul
Concept Inspired by the Abundant Table of a Mediterranean Home
MFG Korea, which operates Mad for Garlic, announced on October 20 that it has launched a new dining brand, Casa Pedro.
That day, MFG Korea opened the first Casa Pedro location in Grand Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Casa Pedro is an all-day dining brand with the slogan, "We serve up a day filled with care, at Pedro's table." The name combines "Casa," meaning home, and "Pedro," inspired by the name of a warm and welcoming host in a Mediterranean village.

Casa Pedro operates as an all-day dining restaurant, catering to a range of dining needs throughout the day, from meals on the way to and from work to brunch, dinner, and gatherings.
With the abundant table of a Mediterranean home as its concept, Casa Pedro offers a wide variety of dishes, including salad bowls, pastry flatbreads, all-day brunch, pasta, warm pan dishes, grilled dishes, and steak. Its signature dishes include the Casa Whole Burrata Salad, topped with an entire soft burrata cheese over fresh leafy greens, and the Pedro Brunch Platter, featuring French toast generously served with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and more.
The restaurant's interior evokes a Mediterranean home, combining olive-green tiled walls and terracotta-toned flooring with warm wood tones and orange accents.
