The city set up a promotional booth for the events at the 38th Citizens' Day celebration, held on September 18, 2026, in the area around Osancheon Stream. Visitors learned about the event schedule and activities and took commemorative photos with Kkasani dressed as the events' mascot.
Kkasani also appeared on stage for a campaign to wish for the events' success, under the theme "A Successful Sports Festival in Osan, Made Possible by the Cheers of Its Citizens!" The campaign encouraged participation by raising a number on the screen in response to citizens' cheers, then displaying a message wishing for the events' successful hosting.
Earlier, on August 28, 2026, the city operated a promotional booth for Osan, the next host city, at the opening ceremony of the 20th Gyeonggi-do Sports Festival for Persons with Disabilities, held in Gapyeong. The city introduced the events to athletes and visitors and distributed materials promoting tourism in Osan.

The events' mascot was created by adding sports poses and expressions to Kkasani, the city's existing anthropomorphic crow character. Alongside the main image of Kkasani holding a torch, the city created variations featuring movements for sports events for athletes with and without disabilities.
The official emblem combines the initial letters of Osan's Korean name, "ㅇ" and "ㅅ," using curved and straight lines to represent the dynamism of sports and the unity of Gyeonggi Province residents. The emblem and mascot will be used across all four events.
