DL E&C Selected as Preferred Bidder for Dongtan Urban Railway Phase 1 Detailed Design
DL E&C said on October 19 that it had been selected as the preferred bidder for the detailed design of the Dongtan Urban Railway Construction Project (Phase 1), according to a disclosure filed with the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system.
The project was commissioned by the Public Procurement Service, and its estimated construction cost is 346.6 billion won. This represents 50% of the total project cost of 693.1 billion won and 4.68% of the company's revenue as of the end of 2025. The contract amount may change when the main contract is signed.

The construction period is approximately 53 months from the actual start of construction. The project spans 31.55 km and includes the construction of 33 stations and one depot.
