Iksan Busong Ecor Opens Tenant Recruitment... 10-Year Public Rental Housing Offered

Jeonbuk Development Corporation has begun recruiting tenants for a 300-unit public rental apartment complex being built in Busong-dong, Iksan.
Jeonbuk Development Corporation said on October 19 that it had issued a tenant recruitment notice on October 8 for Iksan Busong Ecor, being developed at 1421 Busong-dong, Iksan. Busong Ecor will consist of four buildings, with one basement level and up to 20 above-ground floors. All units will have an exclusive area of 59 square meters. A total of 300 units will be supplied: 83 Type 59A units, 75 Type 59B units and 142 Type 59C units.
Adults who are members of a household without a homeowner and who reside in Iksan or Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province as of the recruitment notice date may apply. Applicants must also meet income and asset requirements. Priority will be given to Iksan residents.
Applications will be accepted online through the Korea Real Estate Board's Applyhome portal. The schedule is as follows: special supply on October 22, first-priority general supply on October 23 and second-priority general supply on October 26. Winners will be announced on October 30. After eligibility verification, contracts with the winners are scheduled to be signed from January 4 to 6, 2027.
Gungdong Elementary School and Busong Library are adjacent to the south side of the Busong Ecor complex. Nearby schools, including Busong Middle School and Eoyang Middle School, as well as local private academies, are also within reach.
