Creates Sets IPO Price at 15,000 Won... Retail Subscription Runs Oct. 20-21
Global golf tech company Creates has set its IPO price at the bottom of its indicative range ahead of its KOSDAQ listing. The company plans to build on its business foundation in the North American market and expand its artificial intelligence (AI) and software businesses to secure new growth drivers.
Creates announced on October 19 that it had set its IPO price at 15,000 won after conducting a book-building process with domestic and international institutional investors from October 12 to 16. The indicative IPO price range was 15,000 to 18,000 won.
A total of 831 institutions participated in the book-building process, recording a subscription rate of 240.46 to 1. The company said institutional investors had taken a comprehensive view of its proven business competitiveness and profitability in the North American market, as well as the medium- to long-term growth potential of its AI and software businesses.
Creates is offering a total of 1.4 million shares in the IPO. At the final IPO price, the offering is valued at 21 billion won, and the company's expected market capitalization after listing is approximately 197 billion won. The retail subscription period will run from October 20 to 21, with Samsung Securities serving as the lead underwriter.
Creates has expanded its business in the golf tech market based on its high-speed camera-based precision measurement technology and AI and software capabilities. It has established product competitiveness, particularly in North America, with its global brand UNEEKOR.
The company has also demonstrated its business competitiveness through its financial results. In 2025, it recorded consolidated revenue of 104.2 billion won and operating profit of 25.1 billion won. Its operating margin was 24.0%, indicating high profitability.
After listing, the company plans to broaden its business beyond its hardware-centered structure into AI and software. It aims to expand subscription-based revenue, focusing on AI Trainer, an AI-powered swing analysis solution, and GameDay, a photorealistic golf simulation software.
Creates also plans to step up its global market expansion. It will grow its business in the commercial market by building on its existing North American presence, while also expanding into Europe and Japan to strengthen its global business foundation.
“I would like to thank the institutional investors who participated in the book-building process,” said Creates CEO Seok Jae-ho. “After listing, we will continue to advance our AI and software businesses, drawing on our distinctive technological competitiveness and global business foundation, and establish a basis for sustainable growth.”
