Eligibility reviews will be conducted from October 19 to November 13. The Financial Services Commission plans to notify applicants of the preliminary screening results from October 30 to November 2, allowing them to compare and check the results against the enrollment category they selected. Applicants may file objections through November 5.
Applicants who receive final confirmation that they are eligible to enroll can open an account through the app of a participating institution from November 16 to 27, excluding weekends. Accounts cannot be opened after this period.
Existing Youth Leap Account holders who pass the review in this second-round application should first open a Youth Future Savings Account and then apply for a “special early termination of the Youth Leap Account for the purpose of enrolling in the Youth Future Savings Account.”
