DAOL Investment & Securities First Korean Brokerage to Offer U.S. Stock Trading on 'TradingView'
DAOL Investment & Securities is launching a service that lets users trade Korean and U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) by connecting to global chart analysis platform TradingView. It is the first Korean securities firm to support U.S. stock trading through TradingView.
DAOL Investment & Securities said it would launch the service on October 19, allowing users to link their DAOL accounts to TradingView and analyze securities and place orders on a single screen. Previously, users had to analyze charts on TradingView and then place orders through a separate securities firm's home trading system (HTS) or mobile trading system (MTS). With the new service, they can handle everything from analysis to trading in one place.
TradingView is a global financial analysis platform used by more than 100 million investors and traders worldwide. It provides market information on a range of assets, including stocks, foreign exchange and cryptocurrencies, and supports more than 400 technical indicators. It also allows investors to use its proprietary programming language, Pine Script, to design their own trading strategies and test them against historical data.
To use the service, users must select DAOL Investment & Securities as their broker on TradingView and link their accounts using a cloud certificate. The service is available not only in web browsers but also on desktop computers running Windows or macOS. The company expects it to be especially useful for investors who primarily analyze charts on PCs.
The TradingView integration itself is free. The standard commission for online U.S. stock trading is 0.07%.
DAOL Investment & Securities plans to use the launch as an opportunity to expand its connections with global investment platforms. By joining TradingView's trading network, which includes more than 100 global brokers, the company has expanded the use of Korean securities accounts to overseas investment platforms.
DAOL Investment & Securities previously launched DAOL Fi PRO, a global investment platform that uses infrastructure from global online brokerage firm Interactive Brokers (IBKR), and introduced MCP Trading, which is integrated with generative artificial intelligence (AI). With the addition of the TradingView integration, the company is accelerating efforts to build an open investment ecosystem that connects external investment tools with DAOL Investment & Securities accounts.

A DAOL Investment & Securities representative said, "This is significant because customers can now trade U.S. stocks on a global platform using an account with a Korean securities firm. We will gradually expand the range of order types and tradable products, and continue to broaden the platforms we connect to so customers can use their DAOL accounts with the investment tools they frequently use."
