Aekyung Industrial Obtains 'ISO 37301' Certification for Compliance Management Systems
Compliance management system recognized across R&D, manufacturing and sales of household goods, cosmetics and more
Certification covers headquarters, Cheongyang Plant and Daejeon Research Institute, among others
Aekyung Industrial said on October 19 that it had obtained ISO 37301:2021 certification, the international standard for compliance management systems, from the Korea Compliance Promotion Agency (KCI).
ISO 37301 is an international standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It assesses whether a company has a management system in place to systematically fulfill its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations and manage related risks.

View original imageAekyung Industrial first obtained the certification in September 2026, and it is valid through September 1, 2029. The certification covers research and development, manufacturing, and sales of household goods, cosmetics, detergents, and quasi-drugs. It includes the company’s headquarters, Cheongyang Plant, Daejeon Research Institute, and Creative Center.
Aekyung Industrial plans to further advance its compliance management system and strengthen responsible management based on legal and ethical standards in light of the certification.
