Dining Brands Group, a comprehensive food service company that operates bhc and Outback Steakhouse, announced on October 19 that it will hold an open recruitment drive for new college graduates in 2026.

Applications will be accepted through the Dining Brands Group recruitment website until November 1. First- and second-round interviews for candidates who pass the document screening will be held in November and December, and successful applicants are expected to start work in January 2027.
Since 2024, Dining Brands Group has made open recruitment for new employees a regular practice, contributing to youth employment for three consecutive years. It also runs a structured onboarding program for new employees taking their first steps into the workforce. The company calls its new employees “Young Diners” and, led by its talent development team established in 2024, provides a series of programs that include orientation, job training at stores under each brand, and mentoring. The company said that, starting with those hired last year, not a single new employee recruited through the program has left for two consecutive years, and that all have been steadily developing their capabilities in their respective departments.
