At the exhibition, XIILAB highlighted its vision AI-based real-time hazard detection solution, XAIVA, and its Digital Twin technology for advance prediction, presenting a shift in the paradigm for safety management at construction sites. During the event, numerous construction and safety industry representatives visited the booth to discuss adopting advanced solutions to prevent serious accidents.
The XAIVA Demo Zone, designed to let visitors experience the technology firsthand, drew particular attention. XIILAB demonstrated real-time hazard detection using CCTV footage from an actual site and provided consulting on customized solution implementation. Based on more than 130 vision models (VMs), XAIVA is an intelligent video analytics platform that precisely monitors complex on-site hazards, including workers not wearing safety helmets, fires, and workers collapsing.
XIILAB also introduced digital twin technology that replicates actual industrial sites, built on NVIDIA Omniverse and its proprietary X-GEN solution. The technology prevents accidents by simulating hazardous situations in advance. It has been validated at manufacturing sites, and XIILAB plans to expand its use to construction sites, leveraging its technological capabilities as an Elite partner, the highest tier in the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN).
