Pop-Ups at Major Stores, Including Max Mara and Moeo Seoul
Shinsegae Department Store said on October 19 that it will hold “Men’s Week” and “Women’s Week” at all its stores through October 25. Around 250 men’s and women’s fashion brands will take part, showcasing new products and offering rewards based on purchase amounts.
Men’s Week will feature popular products from brands including Nobis, Parajumpers, Ten C, CP Company, Stone Island and Herno, with a focus on coats and padded jackets. Women’s Week will bring together domestic womenswear brands, international designer labels, contemporary brands and accessory brands. Della Lana will present a capsule collection marking its 10th anniversary, while MICHAA will showcase its new “Drie” collection. Brand-specific discount events will also be held, including “MICHAA Day,” “DECO Day” and “Baba Fashion Festa.”
Customers who shop at participating brands using a Shinsegae-affiliated card will receive up to 7% in Shinbaek Rewards, depending on the amount spent. During “Sable & Mink Week,” featuring nine brands including Jindo Fur, Sabatier and Dongwoo Fur, customers will receive Shinsegae gift certificates worth up to 10% of their purchase, depending on the amount spent with an affiliated card.
Pop-up stores will also open. At the Gangnam branch, shoppers can visit the first pop-up in Korea for British lifestyle brand TWW, as well as pop-ups for womenswear brand Max Mara and shoe brand Epure. Daegu Shinsegae will host pop-ups for military and workwear brand Bihebi-eo and womenswear brands Moeo Seoul and Epelle. At Centum City, a CP Company padded-jacket pop-up will showcase products exclusive to Korea, and a pop-up for cashmere brand Shu Cashmere will also be held.
Card benefits have also been enhanced. Through October 25, Shinsegae Department Store will hold “5mazing Card Festa” with five partner card companies—Citi, Samsung, Shinhan, Hana and BC Baro—offering various benefits, including rewards, coupons and interest-free installment payments. The offers also include interest-free installments from participating card companies, discount coupons for the department store app, Hana Card cashback and discounts on products from the travel platform “Via Shinsegae.” At brands participating in both events, customers can receive coupons and gifts with purchase, subject to the applicable conditions.
