Nexon Launches Season 1 of 'N Connect' Across CHZZK and SOOP; Unified Page Goes Live
Season 1 launches, building on pre-season experience
Official N Connect page provides comprehensive information
Nexon announced on October 16 that it had launched Season 1 of “N Connect,” a project connecting users, creators, and games in partnership with streaming platforms CHZZK and SOOP.
N Connect is a project designed to bring together game users’ participation, creators’ activities, and gaming experiences. Nexon ran a pilot pre-season on SOOP in April and on CHZZK in May. During the pre-season, about 450,000 users linked their Nexon accounts across the two platforms, and 1,414 streamers signed up.
The final top-ranked pre-season streamers were “Myeongye Hoonjang” on CHZZK and “Doochi and Ppukku” on SOOP.
Building on the participation experience accumulated during the pre-season, Nexon is expanding N Connect into Season 1 and upgrading the operational framework and support programs spanning both platforms. Users can visit the official N Connect page to check program information and view the current rankings.
Nexon is expanding eligibility for N Connect content grants to creators of all tiers and eliminating the existing monthly support limits by tier. It plans to support production by individually reviewing content proposals submitted by creators and determining the level of funding accordingly.
“N Connector-exclusive Drops,” which reward users based on their viewing time, are also expanding from SOOP to CHZZK, with participation opportunities extended to small and midsize creators.
