The workshop was organized to combine LG CNS’s AI expertise with NH Nonghyup Life employees’ experience in insurance operations and develop specific AI use scenarios that could be applied to actual work. With the goals of strengthening customer trust and improving work efficiency, it focused on three areas: improving customer service, enhancing information security and streamlining the review of product advertisements.

Based on needs for work improvements identified through pre-work questionnaires, participants designed current (As-Is) and improved (To-Be) work processes, developed AI service scenarios and assessed their technical feasibility. During the process, NH Nonghyup Life employees responsible for business operations, digital and IT worked with LG CNS facilitators to discuss in depth how AI could change the way work is done and how it could be applied.

NH Nonghyup Life plans to assess whether the AI use scenarios developed at the workshop can be applied to actual work and whether they can be commercialized, and to continue pursuing AI-based work innovation.
