Toss to Host Security Conference 'GUARDIANS 26'... AI Security Sessions on Agenda
To Be Held on November 6... Experts from Six Affiliates, Including Toss, Toss Bank, and Toss Securities, to Attend
Toss announced on October 15 that it will hold its security conference, “GUARDIANS 26,” on November 6 at the COEX Grand Ballroom in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Registration is open from October 15 through October 21 on the official GUARDIANS 26 website.
GUARDIANS is an annual conference hosted by Toss that focuses on security and provides a forum for sharing the latest technologies and challenges in the field. Since large-scale events focused on security are uncommon among startups, the conference has continued to attract attention from security professionals and developers. About 1,000 security experts and developers are expected to attend.
This year, GUARDIANS will be larger and more varied than in previous years. As digital services expand into all areas of daily life, including finance and payments, the role of security in supporting them safely is also growing. In response to this trend, Toss has organized GUARDIANS as a forum for bringing together the security experience of its affiliates.
Security experts from six Toss affiliates—Toss, Toss Bank, Toss Securities, Toss Place, Toss Income, and Toss Mobile—will speak at GUARDIANS. They will share each company’s security technologies and hands-on experience through conference sessions.
Sessions will cover topics such as AI-based security monitoring and threat detection, access control and security policy management based on zero trust, and AI security through red teaming and vulnerability assessments.
This year, in addition to presentation sessions, the event will feature a new exhibition space and hands-on experience zone where attendees can see and try Toss’s security services and technologies. A networking area will also be set up in the venue lobby, allowing attendees to stay and connect after the sessions end. Through GUARDIANS, Toss plans to share the security technologies developed across its affiliates and strengthen the group’s overall security capabilities.

A Toss representative said, “As innovative technologies such as AI advance, the importance of security is growing as well. Toss aims to build security that safely supports innovation, and we hope GUARDIANS will be a place where security professionals can share their challenges and solutions.”
