The participating employees experienced firsthand the challenges farmers face during the harvest season and put the value of shared growth into practice in the rural community by pulling up pepper plants and tidying greenhouses.
Im, who took part in the volunteer work, said, “Agriculture and rural communities are the firm roots from which NongHyup Financial Group has grown, and a valuable foundation we must continue to protect together. I hope that today’s small gesture will provide some help to farmers struggling with labor shortages during the harvest season. NongHyup Financial Group will continue to put the value of shared growth into practice so that agriculture, rural communities and local communities can grow together.”
