The Shilla Seoul's 4 Restaurants Named to 'LA LISTE' World's Top 1,000 for Fifth Consecutive Year
Korean, French, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants all make the list
"La Yeon" has ranked among the world's top 200 restaurants since 2019
Four fine-dining restaurants at The Shilla Seoul have been named among the world's top 1,000 restaurants in the global dining guide LA LISTE 2027.
The Shilla Seoul announced on October 13 that its Korean restaurant La Yeon, French restaurant Continental, Japanese restaurant Ariake, and Chinese restaurant Palsun were all named among the world's top 1,000 restaurants at the La Liste 2027 Korea Restaurant Awards held on October 12. This marks the fifth consecutive year that all four of the hotel's restaurants have been selected.

View original imageLa Liste is a France-based rating organization that annually selects outstanding dining establishments by evaluating restaurants and other venues in more than 200 countries worldwide, based on factors including food, service, and expert reviews.
La Yeon was the first restaurant in Korea to be listed by La Liste, in 2017, and has been ranked among the top 200 restaurants since 2019. Continental and Ariake have been named among the top 1,000 restaurants since 2019, while Palsun has held the distinction since 2023.
