Opens Pension Solution Lab Hwaseong Campus
Brings Enhanced Pension Asset Management Services Closer to Customers
NH Investment & Securities said on Oct. 12 that it had opened the Pension Solution Lab Hwaseong Campus, a specialized pension consultation center near Samsung Electronics' business site in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
At the Hwaseong Campus, customers can receive specialized advice on a range of pension products, including defined contribution (DC) retirement pensions, individual retirement pensions (IRPs) and pension savings plans. Going beyond simple product guidance, the center comprehensively analyzes customers' investment profiles, retirement plans and asset holdings to recommend strategies for managing pension assets and customized portfolios. Tax and real estate experts will also visit regularly to advise customers on tax savings, real estate and other asset management concerns beyond pensions.
The Hwaseong Campus also focuses on improving accessibility and making consultations more convenient. It is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, and customers can book consultations in advance through Naver. They can also use digital devices at the center to explore NH Investment & Securities' investment content and digital services.
After in-person consultations, customers can continue using pension management services through digital channels. They can receive pension-related information through the NH Investment & Securities Pension KakaoTalk channel and use digital pension investment services, including a regular investment service for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and an artificial intelligence (AI)-based retirement pension robo-advisor.
NH Investment & Securities currently provides specialized advice throughout the entire pension process, from enrollment and management to withdrawals, through its Pension Asset Management Center, a dedicated pension consultation team. It also offers customized asset management services for high-net-worth pension customers through its Pension VIP Team. With the opening of the Hwaseong Campus, the company plans to further strengthen its pension asset management system by connecting its digital channels, specialized consultation teams and offline customer access points.
