The campaign worked by having citizens who visited the Ulsan Industrial Festival write messages of support for Ulsan and the local community at a site set up at the venue; as participation increased, the "Love Thermometer" filled up. Citizens participated enthusiastically throughout the festival, bringing the Love Thermometer to 100%.
