The race will start in front of Seoul City Hall Plaza and proceed along Jongno-gil and Cheonggye-ro. Sejong-daero, the gathering area on the day of the race, will be closed to traffic from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Cheonggye-ro will be fully closed to vehicles from 9:18 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
To minimize traffic congestion caused by the race, police plan to deploy 683 personnel, including traffic police and traffic management staff from the organizing committee, and manage traffic flow by directing vehicles to detours. They will also install 423 promotional materials, including standing signs, to inform the public in advance about road closures.
