Next Aerospace Earns "Excellent Company for Hiring Veterans" Certification
Next Aerospace has received the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs’ “Excellent Company for Hiring Veterans” certification.
According to Next Aerospace on October 8, the certification program was established to encourage the stable integration of veterans who served for a medium or long period into society and to create jobs. The Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs selects and designates private companies and public institutions that employ at least five such veterans for six months and earn scores above the review threshold, based on a comprehensive assessment of the number hired, employment stability, working conditions, and other factors.
Next Aerospace has strengthened its capabilities in unmanned aircraft system development and field operations by recruiting veterans with military service experience. In particular, in step with the expansion of its defense business, the company has created a work environment where veteran employees can readily apply their practical military expertise throughout the entire process, including research and development (R&D), testing and evaluation, and system operations, while maintaining strong employment stability.
With this certification, the company will be eligible for government support, including additional points in Public Procurement Service qualification reviews for goods and service purchases and preferential interest rates from state-run financial institutions. The certification is also expected to provide a tangible competitive advantage when bidding on public-sector and defense procurement projects.
