Hapcheon County Holds 2027 Major Administrative Task Report Meeting, Reviews 353 Projects
Reviewing Promotion Plans for 71 Pledged Projects, 142 Ongoing Projects, and 140 New Initiatives

Hapcheon County, South Gyeongsang Province, held the "2027 Major Administrative Task Plan Report Meeting" over three days—September 30, October 2, and October 6, 2026—with directors and department heads in attendance, reviewing plans for the promotion of next year's major projects.
The meeting was attended by the county headquarters, affiliated organizations, the Facility Management Corporation, and Hapkcheon Distribution. Participants reviewed the progress and areas of improvement for this year's major work, and discussed project plans for the following year.

Each department reported the promotion direction and detailed progress plan for each project, and discussed potential issues and response strategies that may arise in the process. The schedule and required resources for each project, as well as administrative procedures and matters requiring inter-departmental cooperation, were also examined.
For new policy initiatives, the meeting focused on their relevance to local issues, such as residents' livelihoods and the local economy, and the promotion plans and necessary funding for each project were thoroughly reviewed.
For the 71 policy promises from the 9th popularly elected administration, the current status and future schedule were confirmed. For projects involving multiple departments, roles and collaboration methods were discussed.
Kim Yoon-chul, head of Hapcheon County, stated, "Please make sure to review the project timelines, funding, and preliminary procedures in advance, and closely examine areas where inter-departmental collaboration is necessary. For new initiatives as well, detailed implementation plans should be developed, taking into account residents’ opinions and local conditions."
Based on the discussions at this report meeting, Hapcheon County plans to supplement the 2027 major work plan and develop detailed implementation plans for each project.
