POBA Successfully Concludes ‘POBA Fine Dining’ with Chef Park Hyunam
The Public Officials Benefit Association (POBA) announced on October 6 that it has successfully concluded the ‘POBA Fine Dining X Chef Park Hyunam’ event, which was held for 320 members and their guests.
The event, held on the 50th floor of Kong Du 50 at FKI Tower in Yeouido, Seoul, from October 3 to 4, was organized to provide members from across the country with a unique gourmet experience rarely accessible in everyday life. Following last year’s event with Chef Choi Hyunseok, this year featured Chef Park Hyunam. The program consisted of a total of four sessions—lunch and dinner over two days.
Chef Park, a master of French cuisine in Korea, is a Master Chef of Korea and a recipient of the French Order of Agricultural Merit, renowned as one of the top chefs in the country. For this event, Chef Park presented an exclusive course menu for members titled ‘Table de France’.
Kong Du 50, the event venue located on the 50th floor of FKI Tower in Yeouido, offers panoramic views of the Han River and downtown Seoul, allowing members and their guests to enjoy all nine courses while taking in the cityscape.
