Volvo Korea Donates 'EX30' Training Vehicles to Induk University
Supporting the Development of Next-Generation Talent
with Enhanced Expertise and Practical Experience
Volvo Cars Korea announced on October 9 that it had delivered three units of its all-electric sport utility vehicles (SUVs), the 'EX30' and 'EX30CC', to the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at Induk University for use in educational training.
The EX30 and EX30CC, featuring Scandinavian design and cutting-edge technology, are designed to deliver safety and brand experience on par with upper-tier models despite their compact size. They boast innovative spatial design, ample storage space, reinforced body structure, and advanced safety technology based on a comprehensive set of sensors.
Volvo Cars Korea expects that by donating these mass-produced vehicles—equipped with new body designs, safety expertise, advanced connectivity, and user experience—it will contribute to nurturing talent ready to lead the rapidly evolving future of electrification in the automotive sector.
The Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at Induk University was established to develop future professionals who will lead the mechanical and automotive industries in the field.
