Invest in S&P500 and NASDAQ100
Four Equity and Bond-Mixed ETFs Eligible
Prizes Include Korean Air Gift Cards
Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. announced on the 6th that it is holding a purchase event for four U.S. benchmark index exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Participants can receive prizes worth up to 2 million won by drawing lots if they take part 10 times.
This event began on October 1 and will run for two months until November 30. The eligible ETFs are: ▲ACE U.S. S&P500 ▲ACE U.S. NASDAQ100 ▲ACE U.S. S&P500 US Bond Hybrid 50 Active ▲ACE U.S. NASDAQ100 US Bond Hybrid 50 Active—a total of four products.
The equity-type products, ACE U.S. S&P500 ETF and ACE U.S. NASDAQ100 ETF, track the S&P500 and NASDAQ100 benchmarks, respectively. These products are particularly attractive for long-term investors as they offer lower annual total fees compared to the average of their peer group, reducing the overall investment cost.
The bond-mixed products, ACE U.S. S&P500 US Bond Hybrid 50 Active ETF and ACE U.S. NASDAQ100 US Bond Hybrid 50 Active ETF, invest in a 50:50 ratio of S&P500 or NASDAQ100 and bonds. The strengths of these products include a track record of over three years of performance and being the largest among domestically listed U.S. benchmark bond-mixed ETFs. As bonds make up more than 50% of these portfolios, investors can allocate up to 100% in defined contribution (DC) pension plans and individual retirement pensions (IRP).
During the event period, if participants purchase a combined total of at least 10 shares of the four eligible ETFs in one day and certify this transaction on the event webpage, they receive one stamp. Only one stamp can be collected per day. Through a drawing, 2,000 participants who have collected 1 to 9 stamps will receive a Mega Coffee Iced Americano gift certificate each.
For participants who certify their purchases 10 times, prizes include two Korean Air gift cards worth 1 million won each. Since this event targets investors in U.S. benchmark indices, prizes related to traveling to the U.S. have been prepared. Four winners will be drawn, and each will receive two 1 million won gift cards.
Additionally, 300 more winners will be randomly selected to receive the following: ▲Baedal Minjok 30,000 won gift card (100 people) ▲Shinsegae department store 30,000 won gift card (100 people) ▲Olive Young 30,000 won gift card (100 people). However, to receive the prizes for those who completed 10 certifications, winners must still hold the ETFs as of the prize announcement date, which is December 10.
