During the event, attendees were divided into teams by region and participated in sports programs such as a snack relay, jegichagi (Korean shuttlecock kicking), and a boot relay. Participants competed against each other by region, cheering for one another and fostering a sense of harmony.
After lunch, programs designed to build camaraderie, including a singing contest, continued. Dignitaries in attendance also joined the stage, mingling with party members and contributing to the festive atmosphere.
Mae Im, Democratic Party member of the National Assembly, stated, "The strength to protect our region ultimately comes from party members working together in the field," and added, "I will engage in closer communication with our members to properly bring the voices of our region into politics."

The regional competitiveness of a political party is not built on polling rates achieved during elections alone. The true strength of an organization depends on how closely party members and residents’ voices are connected in everyday life and how effectively local issues are brought into the political discourse. Attention is now focused on whether this gathering will serve as a foundation for ongoing on-the-ground politics that connects Uiseong, Cheongsong, Yeongdeok, and Uljin, moving beyond a one-time show of unity.
