The three ambassadors, Yuri Choi (Jin), Yeoeun Seo (Sun), and Jua Kim (Mi), will participate in both online and offline promotional activities to introduce the Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival and local tourism content.
They plan to visit the festival site, experience key programs, and create content introducing the marketplace as well as regional agricultural and specialty products.
They will also conduct online activities by filming YouTube videos and utilizing their personal social media channels to showcase festival programs, food offerings, hands-on events, and sale items from the festival site.
During the appointment ceremony, Yum Myunghyun, mayor of Sancheong County, requested that the ambassadors help promote the Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival and local tourism content.
Meanwhile, the 26th Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival is being held at the Donguibogam Village area until October 11.
The use of social media and video content for the promotion of regional festivals is growing in importance.
The Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival also plans to use the appointment of these ambassadors as an opportunity to introduce festival programs, agricultural and specialty products, and tourism resources through online content.
