Armusee Xi Kicks Off Promotion for Upcoming Launch... Full-Scale Rollout Begins
From October 10, business briefings to be held every Saturday and Sunday
Two sessions per day: 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
'Armusee Xi' will hold business briefing sessions at its promotion center every weekend ahead of its scheduled launch in October.
According to Armusee Xi, business briefings will be held twice a day, at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., every Saturday and Sunday at the promotion center located in Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, starting this month. The sessions are available by advance reservation to customers interested in Armusee Xi. Reservations can be made via the Armusee Xi website from Monday to Friday each week, and entry may be restricted without a reservation, making advance application essential. Visitors attending the business briefing will also receive a complimentary gift.
Armusee Xi is a new residential complex being developed by GS Engineering & Construction on the former Homeplus Ansan site in Seongpo-dong, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. The project will comprise six buildings (four apartment towers and two officetel towers) with six basement floors and 49 floors above ground. The complex will house a total of 1,354 units—984 apartment units and 370 officetel units. The apartments primarily feature mid- to large-sized units with exclusive areas of 84, 99, and 104 square meters.
The project is characterized by its differentiated product features. The residents-only community center will include amenities such as a sauna, screen golf, putting simulator, fitness center, sky lounge, and medium and dinner dining services. Additionally, Armusee Xi has positioned itself with a unique art-focused concept, the first of its kind in the Ansan area, earning recognition for its high product quality that distinguishes it from older developments in the vicinity.
True to its name, Armusee Xi is designed to infuse art into the living environment.
Art installations and works by renowned artists will be placed throughout the complex, turning the entire site into a gallery-like space. The name 'Armusee' combines 'ART' and the French word 'MUSEE,' meaning museum, reflecting the project's vision of curating art, taste, and experience within everyday living and pioneering a new culture of residential life that goes beyond simple housing.
The complex is also surrounded by abundant infrastructure essential for daily life. Retail facilities such as Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and NC Department Store are nearby. Green spaces and cultural venues—including Nojeokbong Park, Nojeokbong Artificial Waterfall Park, Seongho Park, Danwon Sculpture Park, Seongpo Art Square, and the Kim Hong-do Art Museum—are also within easy reach.
Transportation conditions are expected to improve further. Residents will be able to access Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line via Jungang Station. Plans are also underway for the expansion of regional transportation networks with the introduction of the Shinansan Line, Incheon KTX, and GTX-C Line. Notably, the Incheon KTX, which will connect Songdo Station in Incheon with Eocheon Station in Hwaseong, is set to stop at Choje Station; comprehensive trial operations began in September in preparation for its opening. Additionally, the GTX-C Line, which includes Ansan Sangnoksu Station as a stop, has officially commenced construction, marking the start of full-scale development. Once these transport links are sequentially established, accessibility to Seoul and other key areas in the greater metropolitan region is expected to become more convenient.
A representative of the sales team commented, "Given that Armusee Xi will be built on Ansan's iconic site, long recognized as 'Seongpo-dong Homeplus,' local interest in the large-scale complex is already significant. We invite everyone to our weekend business briefings, where you can gain firsthand insights into the location and features of the development, and we look forward to your continued interest and participation."
