Webzen to Recruit Second-Half Internship Candidates for Full-Time Positions... Applications Accepted Until the 19th
Conversion to Full-Time Positions Decided After Next Year's Internship Program
Webzen announced on October 2 that it will be recruiting applicants for its second-half internship program of this year, with the opportunity to transition to full-time positions.
The recruitment is open for 13 different positions in technology, gaming business, and marketing, with plans to select a double-digit number of candidates. Anyone can apply regardless of age or educational background. However, for certain roles, including those related to global business where foreign language skills are required, proficiency in a foreign language is mandatory.
Applications will be accepted until October 19. Successful candidates will go through online tests by department, followed by practical and executive interviews, all by the end of the year. Notification of results will be given to each individual via online or text message. The internship will run from January to June of next year.

During the internship period, Webzen will provide salaries and benefits equivalent to those of full-time employees. Those who demonstrate work capability based on performance evaluations will have the chance to be converted to regular employees.
