"Project Your Side" is an event designed to make popular culture content—typically concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area—more accessible to regional communities. YG began the initiative in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do in 2022, and has since hosted the event in Gyeongsan, Chungju, Wonju, and Jinju, making Gunsan the sixth location.
At the venue, albums and merchandise from YG artists will be on display, along with stage outfits actually worn by Babymonster and Treasure. There will also be content utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology, opportunities to experience media art, a cheering stick craft area, and a one-day dance class led by professional dancers.
After the pop-up event, from October 8 to 31, 2026, select exhibitions and experience content will be available at 'Gunsan Port 1981,' a multi-purpose cultural space in the old downtown area of Gunsan.
