Inticube Shifts to Performance-Based AX with 11 Billion Won Order... Injects AI into Over 200 Clients
Inticube is set to expand its artificial intelligence transformation (AX) business, leveraging its existing customer base and accumulated experience in the contact center industry. Recently, by securing a contract worth approximately 11 billion won for the Shinhan Card communications infrastructure advancement project, the company confirmed its business performance foundation in existing sectors. Inticube aims to utilize its more than 200 corporate clients as potential demand sources for its AI agent and AX businesses.
Inticube has experience implementing IPCC and AICC solutions for over 200 companies across various industries, including finance, public sector, telecommunications, and retail. The company has also built expertise in enterprise AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversation management, as well as in the development and operation of contact center systems.
To extend its current business competencies into the AI agent sector, the company is collaborating with Dinothisia. Both companies are working to integrate and enhance Dinothisia’s AI data infrastructure, Seahorse, and its AI agent technologies within Inticube’s existing customer systems, aiming for the commercialization of an 'AI-native contact center'.
The AI-native contact center is characterized by a broader range of AI applications than conventional AICC solutions. While traditional AICC has focused on automating consultation work, the AI-native contact center not only enables AI to search and understand corporate internal data, but also supports decision-making and follow-up work for agents.
As a result, Inticube now has a platform to convert existing contact center clients into customers for its new AI business. The company plans to first implement AI agents for its current IPCC and AICC clients, then gradually expand into comprehensive AX projects across the enterprise sector.
In the B2C space, Inticube is developing its relational AI platform 'Who Chu' as a new growth axis. Who Chu is an AI companion platform that combines content intellectual property (IP) from dramas, games, webtoons, animations, and virtual idols with AI characters to form long-term relationships with users.
The company plans to leverage existing content fandoms to attract users, then broaden its revenue model through subscription services, premium content, memberships, and merchandise. The conversational AI technology Inticube developed through its contact center business will also be incorporated into Who Chu.
Ultimately, Inticube's AI business will follow a two-track structure targeting both corporate and consumer markets. In the corporate sector, it aims to build a scaling model moving from a base of more than 200 clients to AI agents to AX expansion, while in the B2C market, its strategy is to monetize content IP via Who Chu and fandom-based revenue models.
