KPC Launches AI-Integrated Learning Platform "Pick Class"
70 Years of Educational Expertise Combined
Targeting the Subscription-Based HRD Market
The Korea Productivity Center (KPC) announced on October 1 that it will officially launch “Pick Class,” an AI-based customized corporate learning platform, as it moves to take the lead in the subscription-based Human Resource Development (HRD) market.
Pick Class is an ultra-personalized learning experience platform that brings together KPC’s educational expertise and content capabilities accumulated over the past 70 years in the corporate education sector. The key competitive advantage of the platform is that AI proactively recommends optimal content by analyzing each learner’s job and areas of interest. With the launch of Pick Class, KPC aims to establish dominance in the subscription-based HRD market, targeting not only medium-sized and large enterprises but also major public corporations.
Based on its well-established curriculum and faculty built through managing in-person training for more than 60,000 employees annually, KPC plans to rapidly offer a comprehensive range of courses via Pick Class, covering management, job-specific content, leadership, as well as the latest AI-integrated job training.
This project, for which KPC is responsible for the overall service planning, content development, and quality management, has achieved greater completeness through a technical collaboration with EdTech specialist company Newin. The Pick Class platform, built on the strategic partnership between the two firms, puts advanced AI at its forefront. Even without planners or designers, education managers can now easily produce custom-tailored in-house content, significantly improving operational efficiency.
KPC and Newin have defined this collaboration as a long-term partnership and, under KPC’s leadership, plan to drive the AI transformation (AX) in the HRD sector. After making its debut as a B2B (business-to-business) service in July, Pick Class will also be widely expanded into the B2C (business-to-consumer) sector in the future by linking with KPC’s public educational programs.
