Show Golf, Integrated Golf Platform Company, to Discover Young Talent for the Golf Industry
MOU Signed with Shinansan University and Korea Society of Golf Studies
Discovering Field-Ready Talent and Creating Direct Links to Employment
Show Golf, an integrated golf platform company, is working to discover young talent who will lead the golf industry.
On October 1, Show Golf announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shinansan University and the Korea Society of Golf Studies. The agreement aims to expand opportunities for young professionals with university-level expertise to enter the real-world golf industry, and to discover and foster field-ready talent through continuous collaboration among corporations, universities, and academic organizations. Going beyond a simple agreement, the parties will establish a practical industry-academia cooperation system that leads to actual recruitment and employment.
Show Golf is engaged in a wide range of businesses, including domestic golf driving ranges, the golf booking platform XGOLF, and Japanese golf resort operations, covering the entire golf industry. Based on this foundation, Show Golf plans to expand touchpoints so that students can experience various roles within the golf industry and connect their academic majors and competencies directly to the industrial field.

By leveraging its network with the Korea Society of Golf Studies, Show Golf will expand exchanges not only with students majoring in golf, but also with universities and departments in sports and the arts. The company will continue to create opportunities to connect the strengths of each major to actual industry roles.
Show Golf is also engaging in industry-academia cooperation with universities and educational institutions. Moving forward, it will sequentially establish partnerships with universities such as Dongwon University, which fosters talent in golf, sports, and related fields. Practical programs, including new employee recruitment, employment linkage, and hands-on on-site work experience, will be expanded.
