Automatic Generation of Hyperlocal, Resident-Customized Information
Through Integration of Complex and Community Data

On October 1, NNT, an artificial intelligence (AI) marketing engineering company, announced that it is conducting a proof-of-concept (PoC) project to build an AI-based pipeline for the automatic generation and publishing of customized content for apartment complexes, targeting 'Homeniq,' the residential life platform of Samsung C&T’s Engineering & Construction Group.

Homeniq goes beyond basic apartment management functions such as residential management and IoT device control, offering an expanded 'hyperlocal' residential experience with rich local lifestyle information about the surrounding community.

NNT explained that this PoC aims to transcend simple large language model (LLM) text generation by combining physical attributes of each complex with lifestyle data such as local business, school districts, transportation, and weather, all in a matrix format. This enables the simultaneous, nearly unlimited automatic generation of customized content for each complex from a single dataset and template. As a result, even if the number of complexes increases, operating costs per content piece can be dramatically reduced without the need for additional personnel.

To prevent potential hallucinations or poor-quality outputs, NNT has integrated a dual verification system consisting of 'AI automatic review tools and human editors' on top of a multi-LLM pipeline, which organically connects multiple large language models. The data processing procedures also follow de-identification and aggregation principles, rigorously complying with personal data protection standards.

Through this PoC, NNT has expanded its marketing technology capabilities, previously validated through generative AI search channels, into the new domain of data services within platform apps. The two companies plan to introduce automatically generated content in pilot complexes within this year and gradually expand implementation to additional complexes. Sungjun Yoon, Co-CEO and CTO of NNT, stated, “The goal of this PoC is to verify a structure where the AI system, rather than humans, consistently creates reasons for residents to open Homeniq every day.” He added, “In partnership with Samsung C&T, we will build a marketing AI pipeline that operates with precision even in a large-scale platform app environment and set a new standard for AI content automation.”
