SKT Ranks No.1 in KCSI Mobile Communication Customer Satisfaction... Sweeps All Three Major Surveys
Jaeheon Jung: "We Will Build Even Greater Trust"
SK Telecom announced on September 30 that it ranked first in the mobile communication category in the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting.
SK Telecom achieved first place in all three of Korea’s major customer satisfaction surveys this year, ranking No.1 in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) in April, the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) in July, and now the KCSI.
Notably, SK Telecom emphasized the significance of regaining the top spot in the KCSI just one year after having yielded it due to the aftermath of a cybersecurity breach, ending its 27-year reign through 2024.
In this year's survey, SK Telecom improved its overall ranking by posting year-on-year increases in customer satisfaction across key categories, including long-term customer benefits, call and data quality, and satisfaction with its rate plans.
