EY Hanyoung Achieves 30.1% YoY Surge in 2025 Operating Profit, Securing Both Growth and Profitability
Revenue Reaches 798.4 Billion Won, Operating Profit 18.1 Billion Won

Global accounting and consulting firm EY Hanyoung has achieved growth in both revenue and operating profit for the 2025 fiscal year (July 2025 - June 2026), successfully capturing both targets. The firm explained that all of its business divisions contributed evenly to this result.
On September 30, EY Hanyoung announced that it recorded total revenue of 798.4 billion won and an operating profit of 18.1 billion won. Supported by balanced growth across all divisions, total revenue increased by 4.4% and operating profit by 30.1% compared to the previous year, achieving both top-line growth and improved profitability.
Specifically, EY Hanyoung Accounting Corp.’s revenue rose by 4.6% year-on-year to 485.9 billion won. Operating profit more than doubled to 18.4 billion won. Revenues from EY Consulting and related operations reached 312.5 billion won, up 4.1% from the previous year.
By division, the main accounting firm's revenue by service area included 235.9 billion won from audit and assurance, and 69.8 billion won from tax advisory. Management consulting revenue grew by 11.0% compared to the prior year to reach 180.2 billion won. Including EY Consulting and related operations, EY Hanyoung's total management consulting revenue was 491 billion won, accounting for 61% of total revenue.
EY Hanyoung’s average workforce was 3,190, similar to the previous year. However, revenue per employee increased by 5.2% to 250 million won. Average personnel expenses per employee rose 6.0% to 135 million won compared to last year. Bonuses to all executives and employees also increased by about 16.4% year-on-year.

Yonggeun Park, CEO of EY Hanyoung, stated, “Last fiscal year, EY Hanyoung shifted to a management structure focused on profitability. This year, both revenue and operating profit have grown significantly.” He emphasized, “In particular, the stable growth of audit services and the remarkable performance of management consulting have further strengthened the balance of our business portfolio.”
