With the model home scheduled to open next month, the event introduced the features of the complex and the sales timeline to neighboring brokerage firms.
Services offered to residents include a dedicated shuttle bus and provided lunch and dinner. There are also plans to set up an indoor golf range and a managed reading room. Residents are also offered the benefit of using Lotte Resort Ulsan at a special member rate for five years.
The head of a local real estate agency in Gwangju who attended the briefing said, "I expect there will be strong interest from buyers, as the location offers both access to Ssangnyeong Park and transportation upgrades, coupled with the Lotte Castle brand and practical services such as shuttle buses and meal plans."
Located in Ssangnyeong-dong, Gwangju-si, Complex 2 will consist of 10 buildings and 1,249 households. Combined with Complex 1, which previously supplied 1,077 units, the total comes to 2,326 units. The development is adjacent to Ssangnyeong Park, which is being created as a special private park development project.
From the complex, residents can reach Pangyo Station in just four stops via Gyeonggang Line’s Gyeonggi Gwangju Station, and once the Suseo-Gwangju Line opens in 2031, only two stops will be needed to travel from Gyeonggi Gwangju Station to Suseo Station. Additional development benefits include the planned GTX-D Line and the ongoing development of the area around Gyeonggi Gwangju Station.
The model home is scheduled to open in October in Tanbeol-dong, Gwangju-si.
