Osp Exits KOSDAQ Watchlist... Accelerates Value-Up Efforts
Osp has met the KOSDAQ listing maintenance requirements and has been removed from the watchlist.
According to Osp on September 30, among the 15 KOSDAQ-listed companies that had been designated as watchlist stocks following the financial authorities' increase of the minimum market capitalization requirement to 20 billion won in July, Osp was the first to return to normal status.
Osp successfully maintained a market capitalization of over 20 billion won for 45 consecutive trading days, and has also settled stably above the 30 billion won threshold, which is the maintenance requirement for next year.
Osp quickly carried out a treasury stock acquisition based on distributable profits, and successfully completed capital raising through a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase, supported by management credibility.
