The police have launched an investigation after receiving a report that a man armed with a weapon was wandering around a park on Yeongjong Island, Incheon.
According to Incheon Yeongjong Police Station on September 29, a 112 emergency call was made in the afternoon of the previous day, reporting that an unidentified man was walking around a park in Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, carrying a weapon.
The couple who made the report explained to the police that the man, whose face was covered with a mask, was holding a weapon about the length of a finger and asked them where the recycling station was located.
The police are reviewing nearby CCTV footage to verify the details of the report and to identify the man involved.
