34-Story Officetel to Rise on Former Seongnam KT Site... 'Hillstate Seongnam Metroville'
189 Units Ranging from 74 to 95 Sqm
Scheduled for Sale Next Month
Hyundai Engineering announced on September 29 that it will start sales of Hillstate Seongnam Metroville, which is being built on the former Seongnam KT site in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam, next month. The development will include two residential officetel towers with six basement floors and 34 above-ground floors, spanning a total of 189 units with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 95 square meters, as well as neighborhood facilities.
The complex is adjacent to the site designated for the future Seongnam Legal Town. On the former Seongnam Industrial Complex No. 1 site in Sinheung-dong, Sujeong-gu, which is near the development, there are ongoing discussions to relocate the Suwon District Court Seongnam Branch and the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office Seongnam Branch, currently situated near Namhansanseong Station on Subway Line 8.
Directly in front of the complex is Dandaeogeori Station on Subway Line 8, providing convenient access to Jamsil Station in Seoul. Bus stops near the complex offer easy routes not only throughout Seongnam but also to major areas in the Seoul metropolitan area. Access to major expressways, such as the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Seoul Ring Expressway, is also convenient. Various commercial facilities and financial institutions are clustered around the subway station, and hospitals, large supermarkets, and markets are also nearby. The location is convenient for accessing elementary, middle, and high schools, libraries, and private educational institutes.
