Daeshin Asset Trust Signs MOU for Gwang-an Station District Urban Complex Development
DaeShin Asset Trust, an affiliate of Daishin Securities, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Gwang-an Station District Urban Complex Development Project Preparatory Committee to promote the development project.
According to DaeShin Asset Trust on September 29, through this MOU, the company plans to support project management as well as the approval process to help ensure the smooth implementation of the overall Gwang-an Station District Urban Complex Development Project.
The project site is located at 166-7 Gwang-an-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, with a total land area of 20,745 square meters. The site is planned to house residential and commercial facilities, with the tallest building reaching up to 49 stories.
This area is adjacent to Gwang-an Station on Busan Metro Line 2, and is easily accessible to key areas of Busan such as Haeundae and Centum City, thanks to its proximity to major roads including Gwangandae-ro and Suyeong-ro. The residential infrastructure is well established, with nearby amenities such as Gwangalli Beach, Suyeong River Waterfront Park, Hanbada Elementary School, and Suyeong Middle School.
