NH Investment & Securities Unveils First Short-Term IMA, Targeting 100 Billion Won Recruitment
Subscription Available on a First-Come, First-Served Basis Until October 7
Target Sales Amount Set at Approximately 100 Billion Won
NH Investment & Securities announced that it will be recruiting subscribers for the short-term comprehensive investment account (IMA) product, "N2 IMA1 Short-Term No. 1," on a first-come, first-served basis from September 29, 2026, to October 7, 2026.
This "N2 IMA1 Short-Term No. 1" is the first short-term IMA offering introduced by NH Investment & Securities, with a maturity period of 1 year and 6 months and a target recruitment amount of approximately 100 billion won.
The key distinction from previous mid-term products is that this product is designed as a short-term structure with a maturity of less than two years, catering to customers looking for shorter investment horizons. The benchmark performance fee rate is 4.3% per annum. The total management fee has been set at 0.5%, which is 0.1 percentage points lower than the mid-term product. A performance fee of 40% applies to any returns above the benchmark yield (after deducting management fees).
According to the company, as previous mid-term products sold out early during their subscription period, strong demand is also expected for this first short-term product from investors seeking higher expected returns and stable fund management compared to market interest rates. Despite greater volatility in market rates, the benchmark yield for performance fees has been raised to 4.3% per annum, making this product an attractive alternative for investors pursuing both stability and profitability.
The IMA is a product in which the securities company guarantees principal repayment and invests customer funds in corporate finance (IB) assets such as acquisition finance, corporate loans, and corporate bonds to generate returns. NH Investment & Securities plans to leverage its best-in-class IB capabilities and credit rating to participate in the high-quality mid- and long-term corporate fundraising market and pursue stable profit generation.
