DoubleU Games Unveils New Content "DoubleU Plaza"
Global gaming company DoubleU Games announced on September 29 that it has pre-launched a new web-based feature, "DoubleU Plaza," for its flagship social casino game "DoubleU Casino."
"DoubleU Plaza" is a new content feature where users can control their avatars and freely explore a virtual casino environment, enjoying games and various rewards. Users can wander between slot machines in the Plaza to discover hidden free chips, and some slots offer daily free spins. Chips collected in the Plaza can be used directly in the existing "DoubleU Casino" game, and users can access the feature instantly through web browsers like Chrome or Safari without installing any additional application.
This new content reimagines the original lobby experience from the early days of "DoubleU Casino," which first launched in 2012. At that time, DoubleU Casino debuted on the Facebook platform, presenting a structure where users could explore isometric (axonometric) representations of the Las Vegas strip and casino interiors, allowing them to walk around the lobby and choose their preferred slot machines. While this lobby experience disappeared after moving to a list-style interface designed for mobile platforms, it has now been revived after more than a decade with enhanced graphics and new features.
DoubleU Games plans to gradually expand "DoubleU Plaza," starting with this pre-launch. The company aims to add character customization features and new areas in stages, with a full release scheduled to coincide with the 15th anniversary of "DoubleU Casino" next year. The goal is to develop the Plaza beyond a simple reward-collection space into a community-driven area where users can explore with their personalized avatars and experience diverse content.
