Nvidia Approves Additional $150 Billion Share Buyback

Nvidia has approved an additional $150 billion (approximately KRW 204 trillion) share buyback program.
According to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on September 28 (local time), Nvidia’s board of directors has approved an increase of $150 billion to its existing share buyback program.
As a result, the total amount approved for Nvidia’s share repurchase program has grown to $235 billion (about KRW 320 trillion). Four months ago, Nvidia’s board also raised the buyback limit by $80 billion.

Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, said, “Nvidia’s growth is driven by a once-in-a-generation platform shift to AI and accelerated computing,” and added, “Our strong cash generation allows us to invest in related technologies while also returning capital to shareholders.”
