"Summer Vacation" is a coming-of-age romance drama that tells the story of Kim Ha-yeon, an eighteen-year-old high school student who moves to the rural village of Uppori for her summer vacation and meets Jo Yugyeom, the eldest son of a traditional family. The drama is directed by Song Ji-won, known for "Sweet Munchies," and written by Han Garam, who previously wrote "To My Harry" and "When the Weather Is Fine."

Jinyoung plays Jo Yugyeom, the son of the landowner in Uppori and the heir to the family’s head house. Gifted in swimming but living day-to-day under the family’s strict rules, his life begins to change after meeting Kim Ha-yeon.

Jo Yihyun takes on the role of Kim Ha-yeon, a high school student who comes down to Uppori, following her father's business trip. Dreaming of a life different from reality, Kim Ha-yeon experiences new adventures when she meets Jo Yugyeom in Uppori.

The production team stated, "The fresh chemistry between Jinyoung and Jo Yihyun, together with the deep sentiment of midsummer, will leave viewers with an unforgettable impression."

"Summer Vacation" will also be broadcast on the Lifetime channel.
